Delivery Information

Domestic Delivery 

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (same day if placed before 2 pm) with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

All order items are sent on either a "Standard Service" or "Express Service", which are both offered at checkout.

 

UK Standard Tracked Delivery 

• FREE for orders to UK over £50.
• £4.99 for orders under £50.
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays).
• Parcels are usually sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and will aim to arrive within 2-3 working days.

 

UK Express Tracked Delivery 

• FREE for orders to UK over £50.
• £6.99 for orders to UK under £50.
• Orders placed before 2pm  Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next day.
• Orders placed Friday by 2pm will be delivered on the following Monday.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 2pm lunchtime will be delivered within 1 day.
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).

 

Domestic Delivery Important Information

• We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only.
• All orders received before 2pm aim to arrive on the following working day, but we quote 1 day to cover any unexpected delays with the couriers such as vehicle breakdown, staff shortages or strikes.
• Working days are counted as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that orders placed before 2pm on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday.
• Email and SMS notification will be provided for your delivery.
• Please note: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man take longer to deliver.

 

International Delivery

We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions.

Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays).

 

Europe Delivery

Those in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible.

Tracked Europe Delivery – £20.00

US Courier Delivery - £25.00

 

International Delivery Important Information

• All US and other world zones orders are sent via DHL Express Worldwide Service.
• Delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. Generally delivery is within 3 – 5 days following dispatch. Once it's ready, we will send an email confirming all the details of your order.
• You can track your order through DHL with the tracking number and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.
• Please note, international delivery costs currently include a surcharge due to COVID-19 and the reduction of air traffic.

 

Import Regulations, Duties & Taxes

ZO-DA GLOBAL LTD is a UK trading company, if you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import regulations, duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

You will be solely responsible for any import requirements and payment of any such import duties and taxes. 

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict any occurred fees or amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order
